How we can help

If you’ve served in HM Armed Forces or Uniformed Services and you’re having a rough time, but want to get better, we might be able to help. Some people have problems adjusting to civilian life, some have experienced traumatic events and some just need a safe place to relax and recover. It’s easy to become isolated, angry and unhappy and sometimes it helps to know you’re not on your own. We’re a friendly bunch and the garden offers a place to recover, meet new people and do something purposeful, whilst learning new skills. No past gardening experience is necessary, we just need you to want to improve.  Some veterans might only want to attend for a few weeks or months, others might need to stay longer.  We know that gardening doesn’t work for everyone, so we start with a few taster sessions before committing to anything longer term.  If you are interested, send us a message below and we’ll be in touch.

Please be aware that we're not a crisis intervention service, so if there's an emergency please contact your usual health care provider or any of the following, free of charge
